There Ain't No Party Like A Ska Party

We had a fantastic gig on 28th January. A wet and windy night in Castle Bromwich. A big, big hall decked out in black and white and a congregation of Ska fans there to celebrate Angela's 60th. We hit the stage at 9:15 pm and kept them on their feet til just after 11:00 pm. Plenty of skanking going on that night! There was a touching moment half way through to Angela's close friend Janet who'd recently passed away. Angela had asked us to play one of Janet's favourites: Free Fallin' by Tom Petty. We gave it the Ska treatment and it marked an emotional midpoint of our set. After that it was no stopping the ska fans and the dancing saw us through the night!
