SkaFinger comprises 7 talented musicians who vary in age and influences. What sets them apart from other current Ska / 2-Tone bands is their unique and fully loaded sound.

With the strong lead vocals of Francessca Jayne and backing vocals of Paige Fletcher and John Murray they revive some of the originality that we saw bands like The Selecter produce back in the day.

The Brothers in Brass, Dave & Pete Stevens, aided by Francessca Jayne O'Loughlin, when not on vocals, are the horn section of your dreams bringing colour to every performance. John Murray brings experience and a touch of class on guitar, whilst Sean Parkes offers originality and a versatile knowledge of all genres on the keys. Paige Fletcher’s unique drumming and session musician skills add a polished rhythm and depth to SkaFinger’s sound. Finally keeping the rhythm pumping throughout our sets is the marvellous Dale Ward on Bass.

A 7 Piece Band that offers ambidexterity in performance & attracts fans of all ages, SkaFinger have enjoyed a dynamic run of Gigs over the last 6 years and continue to work the scene as one of the few Ska bands in the Midlands around with a female vocalist.

From Toots and the Maytalls, through Desmond Dekker to The Specials, Selecter and Bad Manners SkaFinger will set any dancefloor alight with their unique sound.
